Starbucks Coffee Company provides excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and quickly corrects mistakes. Some customers have had issues with their orders, such as receiving an iced Venti HOT peppermint mocha instead of a hot one, or missing caramel in their cold brew with Carmel. However, the staff is apologetic and helpful. This location is a great stop for early starts, opening at 4:30 am. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate with large vehicles, and the drive-through may be a challenge for bigger trucks. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a good experience and great service.
