I was last there in September 2024. It was it just a another dinner. I ordered the veggie wrap deluxe. At first, I ordered just the regular one without knowing it was just cabbage. The kind lady that took our order came over and asked if I wanted the wrap that had lettuce, tomatoes. Those sort of things. I said yes and she changed it over. I'm so thankful that she did that. So overall, good experience, nice waitress and some tasty and 100% cruelty free food.

They seemed to mess up orders, not checking to make sure everything that was ordered is in the bag. Got 2 weeks to pick up what they missed.
If they cannot handle... open another location.

They made a mistake charging the card of a disabled person I work with, took ownership of their mistake and made it right. Quickly, efficiently, and politely! Fantastic customer service! Thank you, Chic-fil-A!
