Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Been here 3 to 4 time and never have i gotten my order right, pop is almost alway flat and zero flavor, burnt cheese curds or old soggy fries. Instead of helping me today 4 people looked for a phone charger right in front of me instead of helping me with my incorrect order again. I love dq but ill never go to this place again.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The drive thru kid was so rude!! And go my order wrong when asked about it he turned to another employee and says “she didn’t even say that” when I clearly said it 4 times while I was giving him our order was charged for large fries and only received the regular size this place needs to get it together and give people the correct & HOT FOOD cause mine was cold

Absolutely HORRIBLE. We went through the drive through at 8:47pm tonight, waited 10 minutes at the speaker before we were acknowledged, even though we were the only car in line, then waited at the window for 20 minutes while all of the kids inside ran around yelling and playing on their phones. One of the employees even laughed at us because my husband was trying to get someones attention through the window because no one could be bothered to help us. We just left vecause we couldnt get anyone to serve us. This place is a joke now because they won't hire competent employees.

No, no, no,....not worth the money. A mini blizzard with one toppings is insanely priced at 5.99. It was given to me half melted. There was absolutely no decent customer service. Haven't been in years and will not be back. Culvers is definitely the way to.go.

I came at 8pm the doors were closed went by the drive through no one by the window saw a guy in the kitchen the lights were on you guys close at 10pm if you guys are closing early put a sign this is the second time in a row this happen

I cant believe how down hill this place has went. The basket is got tonight everything in it looks old wish I could share the picture of what they gave me tonight. 50 bucks down the drain and now I have to go buy food from some where else.

7:30 on a Saturday night and the lobby doors are locked. Is that the way DQ does business now? Would have been nice to spend time talking with our friends , have ice cream, and give DQ our money. Guess they weren't interested so we left.

Went thru the drive thru this evening. Pulled up to the speaker and was told it would be just a min. Waited for 10 minutes and began to order some ice cream, at which time I was told they weren’t doing ice cream. This is information I could have been informed of before wasting 10 minutes of my time. One would think that not serving ice cream would be rather important information to share at a DAIRY QUEEN! Not to mention I was one of only two cars in the drive thru and the person in front of me had been waiting to the point they had to say “hello can I get some help” into the speaker. Horrible service.

Went in on 1-5-2025, order number 85. Christian was the cashier. Couldn't get the order right to save their lives. Overcharged us by $7 dollars by not replacing the drink for a mini blizzard and then charging us for a medium blizzard along with not tossing the strips in the garlic parm sauce.

I was so disappointment 12/30/24 with Dairy Queen.
My napkin was stuck to my ice cream cone.
Not to mention the cuss words being said by those working. Who calls ppl a fing ahole????? While customers can near.
Might have to take all business elsewhere.

We stopped by for blizzards and saw about 5 people standing around while one kids did all the work. We waited way longer then needed for 4 blizzards
