I'm not from Cheyenne, and don't know a lot of folks. Gotta say that the handful of times I've visited 4 Winds, you'd never have known any different. I'm almost immediately greeted warmly, and I'm promptly served as if I'd been a regular from way back. Really cool bar with a nice mix of modern entertainment options, and a harmonious throwback vibe that makes it easy to have a good time. Worth a visit if you haven't. ??

It's a small bar but aside from the space it's a cozy warm and inviting environment. Has around 6 casino games for patrons to enjoy.
