I will let the wait slide, because I know yall are understaffed. The food is consistently amazing!!! You guys do better than, Wendy’s, McDonalds, and Burger King altogether. Just had an encounter where my order for a special occasion was not prepared. I have been in the customer service industry most of my life and it really has become a thing of the past. I hope this review finds people well as I was very satisfied with the managers resolution. I really feel like this person takes the idea of treating people the way they would like to be treated.
