I have no idea why people love this place. Having lived in Italy this coffee is horrible. It's bitter and almost rancid. The dining room is dirty and desperately needs an upgrade. Everything is worn out. And it's loud and echoey, too. Having a nice quiet conversation is impossible.

Truly unforgettable experience! Went in for two drinks. Tried to leave with drinks in hand (no tray offered). I spilled the drinks all over myself and the floor. I asked the barista, Ivy, if I could have a towel or something as I spilled all over myself and the floor. She gestured to their dessert napkins and told me I can use them and walked away from me. Shortly thereafter, another customer came in and reported the spill, again, and she chatted amicably with him and produced a damp towel that she cleaned the floor with. I begged her for a damp towel or something and she kindly offered the towel she had cleaned the floor with. Truly unforgettable! So glad I came here today and made sure to tip her!

The drinks here are always fantastic, HOWEVER the service is terrible. They need a new speaker box so don’t do drive thru. And they will have each employee ask you the same questions multiple times. Very frustrating and inefficient. I go here every week and it’s the same thing. Every.Time.

Love stopping by Dazbog in when I'm in Cheyenne, with the service at this place was so rude today. The young blonde girl behind the counter just stared at me, didn't say hi. The whole time she was taking my order she acted like I was annoying her beyond belief. The coffee is fine, but if you go to the South location they at least act like they want you there. I won't be going to this location again when I travel through.
One of the best chain coffee shops out there for actual good coffee. Delicious breakfast burritos and a great staff!
