So i had a bad experience for coffee at a different store today (everyone has a off day and which one isn't important) but I went to Dutch bros to get 2 shots of espresso today to add to my drink from another place and a gentleman named Nathaniel just helped brighten my day before work tonight. Thank u sir so much for your kindness! Keep up the amazing customer service; u rock! 5 stars
I have not had the best experience the last couple times I’ve gone, the night employees the older lady and a few of the other girls are just flat out rude, and almost act like your inconveniencing them that your there.
I was so excited to have Dutch Bros come to Cheyenne and I wanted to support the Dutch Bros business here (because I love the ones in Fort Collins) but every time I go, especially on sticker days, I wait in the line for 20-30 minutes just to be told at the window (in the morning, before ~ 9:30am) that they are already out of stickers.
