Every single time I go to this McDonald's on Dell Range they mess up my order. Can't even get two simple breakfast sandwiches right and of course the employees are rude if you check the food 😂😂😂 Go ANYWHERE else but this McDonald's. just wow.
four times in a row they messed up my order. FOUR TIMES!!!! Tried calling an employee but she just was rudely dismissive of us.
Then manager was rude and was argumentative about his screwup.
lost my business and will take my weekly family time to Wendy's or elsewhere.
I used the app to order. Waited 10 minutes for a spot to open, then just parked and checked in. After waiting 10 minutes after check in, I called, and was told it was coming out now. Waited another 10 minutes and called again asking about my meal. Was again told it was coming out. Finally, after 25 minutes from check in, my food came out. My 2 French fries and 2 McRibbs were cold (and a complete mess not only in thier boxes, but the bag as well), large drinks only half full. I...read full review
