Food is wonderful and prepared nicely, everything is clean including the bathrooms. Food is absolutely delicious and great customer service. Happy and bubbly atmosphere, must recommend when coming to town.
Food was good and hot chocolate was hreat!! I wish they served alcohol is all!!! But just happy they are open so late because not much is!!! And who doesn't love food after the bars are closed?!?!
We were so grateful to find the one place in town that actually WAS 24 hours! We had been turned away from 3 different restaurants in Cheyenne that said they were open 24 hours (or until midnight), but were closed when we got there.
Service was quick and friendly and so was the food. Cute, classic diner ambiance and menu. Penny's saved our hangry lives that night.
