Three days ago: Order Number: #1000035283200, Ticket Number: #58.
Ordered on the app, then arrived 5 minutes later. Immediately let crew know I was in stall 21. For some reason, it took them over FORTY-FIVE minutes to bring out my order, and by then the chili dogs were cold and soggy. Completely inedible! I have NEVER had such horrible service!! This location deserves less than half a star!
There were 3 cars waiting at the drive up stalls. we waited 15 minutes and no one helped us or the other cars. We all left.
Over an hour and still waiting for one shake and two blasts? I get the short staffed thing but there are five people working and this is verging on ridiculous!!!
