The burger I had was absolutely to die for—I'll definitely be eating here again the next time I'm in Wyoming. I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process of getting them shipped back to me. Not only was the food amazing, but the exceptional service made my experience even better. Thank you for everything!
The service was good.

I Love this place. Everything i have had is delicious, I particularly like the salads and cauliflower crust pizza!!
The wait staff had always been on point, and the bartenders know their jobs well.

Our group had a mix of salads, bowls, and burgers. Everything was outstanding. They were busy because of a concert in town, so it took us longer to get a table, but we sat at the bar for so great cocktails.

We had 2 lovely evenings out in the patio, drinking cold beers in the sun. The staff were amazing, very friendly and polite. They were also very attentive, we didn't have to wait long for service. The food was lovely 👌 no complaints here.
Thanks for having us guys. Two happy people from Bonnie Scotland 🏴🏴🏴

They have rooms for larger groups and a variety of great menu options. Have been here several times with groups. Recent experience was not present when it came time to pay bills. Waitress struggled to figure out who needed to pay for what. She was told when taking orders how to split out the meal tickets. I spent two and a half hours before I was able to complete my payment transaction, which was messed up because someone else paid my ticket instead of their's.

The food is okay. I had a Thai bowl that I was really excited about trying. Unfortunately, it had limited sauce (and flavor), but made up for it with giant broccoli chunks.
I was starving soon after, even with the added chicken and some avocado.

This place is so awful. I keep telling myself I won't go back and then I do, only to find the same problems over and over again. The menu looks big, but in reality they don't have much that normal people are even going to order. That's annoying when you go somewhere and you don't really like anything on the menu except a burger. They have also changed their recipe on everything recently and the pizza is that awful cauliflower crust.
Service has never been good. I've gone here before and actually left because I sat there for 30 minutes without even seeing a waitress. When you do get served, you won't like the service. The only place you can actually get service is the bar.
The cigar lounge isn't any better. Table service is entirely absent there and they have the smallest collection of cigars I have ever seen for a cigar lounge.
I'm actually astonished at how awful this place is. I cannot remember a single restaurant I have visited frequently where I have never had a good experience. I really don't even have anything good to say about it at this point.

This was very loud and also the workers ran the vacuum alongside us while we were eating. This was less than appetizing. My husband chose the fish and chips platter which he was told to choose a side. He did and received this with no fries. When questioned the waitress explained that the menu was a little confusing. No the platter states dish and fries and one side! My food was super spicy which was not indicated on the menu.

Not at all happy with the service or the food on Sunday midafternoon 11/10/24. We have frequented the restaurant as our "go to" spot in Cheyenne but no more. The pretzel bite appetizers were burnt, my wife asked for water 3 times and each time the waiter apologized and said he forgot, the Greek salad that was specifically ordered with chicken came without it and it took 10 minutes for the kitchen to send it out. We went there to eat together, not at different times and enjoy our afternoon but instead the service was the worst I have seen, the food subpar and the overall experience took the Office off the "go to" list. Suggestion is hiring some staff with maturity, experience and desire to do well. Owners and managers alike should really look at your staffing and team. Sad to say as much as we like the atmosphere it is not enough to get us to come back unless something changes especially on an afternoon when it wasn't that busy. Come to think of it maybe it wasn't busy on a football Sunday afternoon because others have experienced what we did.

I only ate in the bar area so I can't rate the entire menu. The pretzel bites were delicious. If you're looking for a festive holiday drink, be sure to try the Mistletoe Mule. Service was a bit slow. Drinks came in a timely manner, but food from the kitchen took longer than expected. Some of that might have been the waitress. It could've been they were shorthanded in the kitchen. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as I could comfortably talk with my friends without having to yell over music. Fun and energetic are adjectives I would use to describe the overall feeling of The Office.
