**Wingstop Review: Katy Mills Location (Katy, Texas) Frustrating Experience** I want my refund.
I recently ordered from Wingstop, and my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order, I waited for two whole hours only to find out that it was canceled. I tried calling the store for clarification, and while the employee I spoke to was polite and did his best to assist me, unfortunately, the language barrier made the conversation quite ineffective.

Extremely messy and always over seasoned. The bottom of my sandwiches were soaked.
The fries I received in my order were all burn and had no seasoning at all. They tasted horrible no matter how much ranch I tried to put on them.
On top of that, I paid extra for all flats yet still had a mixture of drums and flats.
I love Wingstop but the service I have received for my last few orders have been subpar and make me not want to order anymore
