I have been going here for years. Great food and great service. The BEST chili ever! Homemade with the perfect sing. Try a bowl or a cup along with a grilled cheese. You wont be sorry.

Service was very slow. We waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, 10 for the table that was sitting empty, and 10 more to get a menu. They were out of everything my daughter ordered but didn’t tell us until about 15 minutes after she ordered. Very unorganized and the staff are all trying to do everything instead of assigned positions. It just doesn’t work well. 0/10 recommend.

Nice old fashion soda shop and great banana splits. They have breakfast and other items so will have to try some of those. It is self bus your table but maalybe that will change.

I have never had better ice cream in my life. I kid you not I accidentally achieved nirvana eating here. The service made me feel like wanted Ryland, Aspen, and Olivia you are guys amazing.
The staff was not friendly and acted like we were a bother. No smiles no greetings no interaction at all. Based on the attitude of staff I would not come back even though food was decent. Such a bummer because I was really looking forward to this place.

This restaurant was literally AMAZING!! The staff was so nice and got our food out really quickly even though they were swamped(There were sooo many people). The girls that brought our food out were so friendly and very apologetic about the wait time. While we were there the people who were making the ice cream were being very clean like if they had to grab something that was dirty or had to wipe something down with a rag they would change their gloves after. Other restaurants I've been at don't have there staff do that so that was a nice surprise to see. Almost all the staff was teenagers and for being teenagers they were so responsible and they were just getting their work done so quickly and they were just amazing. I don't even have enough words to express how good this restaurant was and how amazing the staff was. The staff was way better than some all adult staff that I have seen. This place is a good place for tourists but do keep in mind it gets very busy because because it is a tourist attraction and is in the middle of down town . But this place is awesome and everybody should check it out. Will definitely be going again.

Stopped here on a whim this afternoon and it was wonderful! All the young men and women behind the counter were helpful and nice. The young girl at the register was fantastic and they had our to-go order ready very quick. Customer service was awesome and it was a very clean and cozy place to get some delicious sodas! Will definitely stop back in on the next vacation!

This place desperately needs some help. Do NOT EAT HERE. We went in for a simple Ice Cream. Waited in a long line…Then waited 30 minutes while watching people that came in after us get their ice cream…Finally my Husband went and told the Manager and she said they couldn’t find us….but we were sitting on a table right in front of where they make the ice cream and we NEVER saw anyone walking with ours. So apparently they were going to remake it. The server named Riley got mad and had 3 of her young teenage boyfriends sitting at the bar and asked her what was wrong and she said some DUMB customer didn’t get their ice cream and I got in trouble. Then the boys all turned and looked at us. So my Husband just went and asked for a refund. I did get up and let in to her. All the young people working behind the counter were interested in doing was talking to each other and their friends. I also saw the Manager go make herself an ice cream and start eating it while still behind the counter where the food was being made…all while we were still waiting for ours. Don’t even try to use the restroom here it is NOT sanitary. It’s filthy. The whole restaurant was filthy and the tables outside were filthy.

Stopped in today and placed an order. Was already not impressed as the restaurant was dirty and employees were not friendly. After waiting 39 minutes and seeing people that ordered after no get their food, I asked and was told they were just making it and had walked around looking for us earlier with our order, which was a lie, we sat and watched the teen girls working flirt with their boyfriends. I decided to stand there to see if they were actually going to get our order completed, and one of the employees started talking horrible about us, not knowing that I was ‘the customer’. I asked for the manager and requested a refund. The teen staff is not equipped to run this location and the manager on duty cannot control the employees. I would avoid this establishment unless you have all day and plenty of patience.
Definitely worth a stop for milkshakes or sodas!
