“My first time to WY Thai; it has been on my bucket list for almost a year. It did not disappoint. The mere fact that we have a delicious Thai restaurant right here in the Basin is a gift.Food: We had the yellow curry and the masaman curry plates. I am not a curry professional by any means, but we enjoyed every bite. I was unable to finish everything, the portions were larger but not over the top. I didn't take photos of the food (it always feels weird) - our plates were individual, not family style. The curry was in a large bowl, and the rice was on the side in a dish.Prices: The prices are on point. The food quality is a match. And, it's a small business. We paid $52 for two dinners, hot tea, and Boba tea, which is appropriate for dinner, IMO.Atmosphere: On the outside, it looks like there is no seating. They have seating for about 18, I would say. Be sure to call ahead, and then order take out if they have a long wait.Note: If you are allergic to peanuts, I suggest asking the staff if there are options that do not interact with peanuts.Vegetarian options: Thai food is traditionally vegetarian friendly. But I did not check specifically for vegetarian dishes. I recall seeing notations on the menu.Parking: The parking directly in front of the building seems small but there is plenty of space and a short walk, it was covered in snow when I was there.Kid-friendliness: It is a friendly atmosphere, kids should enjoy it too.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA access door, and the seating floor plan is spacious enough for a chair or walker with seat. The tables are all the right height to accommodate a chair.”
“We came here for a light dinner and was surprised by how enjoyable it was. Initially, we couldn't find anything around our hotel, the Ivy was recommended, and it worked! A fine looking menu, I did a wonderful chicken noodle soup and we followed it splitting a quesadilla. Again, we were not looking for much, but we would love to come here for a full spread, as everything was great. Our server, Deniz, was wonderful and understood what we were looking for. I highly recommend 8th Street!”
“Oooh, me like this place! Right across the street from our motel and serving great beer with a big friendly Cody smile. An added attraction is the hog roast food truck on the lot. It’s a no brainer after a long day drivin’ or in Yellowstone.”
“Ordered two ribeyes with all the fixings as well as two sides of garlic mushrooms. Steaks were beautiful. Cooked perfectly and were so tender it just melts I. Your mouth. Everything about the meal was spot on. No complaints what so ever and staff were amazing. We ordered take out and I’d definitely do it again. Rock on Cody steakhouse. Yall are amazing. Keep up the awesome service and awesome food!!”
“We stopped to eat and there were no ribs.( We did get there late and they were sold out.) All the food was awesome. Mike came and sat and talked with us as we ate, turns out he is from Denton Texas as are my aunt and uncle. He recommended sites to see and activities to do. We came back two days later for the ribs, and we were not disappointed. Three days later we brought my cousin and niece to eat. Best BBQ in town. We tell everyone we talk to about it.”
“Bartender service was excellent. Attentive and patient. Great beer menu and food. Had the onion rings and chicken lollipops. Runi IPA and a New Wonderland Wheat to complement. EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“I went to the Cody Pardners Cafe for the first time yesterday and what a great atmosphere! It’s a peaceful place and really pretty however the BEST PART of the Cafe is the people who are there working and volunteering. ALL OF THEM. Such sweet people with a goal and purpose and working toward something that has been very much needed in the Cody area but also all over our great country. Teas and coffees and sweet treats are what’s on the menu right now and they have not skimped on quality. Great job Cody Pardners!”
“Bubba's is the hottest restaurant in this town so plan on a 30-minute wait to get seated. Its worth the wait! I went with the three-way meat meal. The briskets was to die for! The ribs and pulled pork were good, but not the best I have had. With sides, its a massive meal and you don't get cheated. Our server, Skyler G, was a kid, as were most servers, but she was okay. I highly recommend Bubba's!”
“Loved this bar. The owner/bartender Justin and his sidekick Buckwheat the Aussie were a delight. Loved the dogfriendly atmosphere. After a few minutes you felt like you were a local The prices were awesome.”
“If you’re looking for fancy, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for tasty Mexican food with a simple atmosphere, with good prices and generous portions, this is the place. I had the chicken fajitas tonight. So yummy! Good job, Michael’s Tacos!”
“THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS!Food was fabulous! First HOT Hash Browns I have had in years! Home cooking like my Mom's!Clean, not crowded table placement. Fabulous service! The owner came out personally to assist me with bill payment as I had not ever used this particular phone related payment service!I'm 69, and am open to learning the new fangled Tech, but I am a bit slow the first time, and the personal service was greatly appreciated!Parking: We were there on a weekday, so there's plenty of free parking however, I would expect that on the weekends they would be quite busy, but parking should not be a problem!”
“What a treat! Got the meat breakfast (basically a grand slam with a crapton more meat) and was super stoked with how tasty it was and the high quality meat. The meal was also reasonably priced!”
“Skip Subway for a small business with elevated taste. The sunflower bread is absolutely DIVINE, and I always make a point to go when beer cheese is the soup of the day. They also have coffee, bagels, everything. Fast service with a smile, and BONUS: THEY HAVE A DRIVE-THRU.”
“So excited this place has shown up. I am not a coffee guy but I need my source of a boost and this is so much better than a canned drink. Plus KIDS MENU so my little ones get a nice refresher vs a sprite.”
“I booked a night of food and entertainment at the Cody Cattle Company expecting a fun "cowboy show" and some decent food. Well it was fun alright, but a ton more than a cowboy show. It was truly world class music /talent and a delicious meal. They are so prepared and organized for hundreds of guests that you will not wait in lines, the staff is relaxed and friendly, and we walked away feeling like we just had a nice meal and visit with old friends. We live two hours from Cody and intend to make sure that we make Cody Cattle Company a MUST GO TO for all of our visitors. Our new favorite place to visit!”
