Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a very busy but clean place with outstanding service. The staff is super pleasant, friendly, and customer-focused, with a manager who is very people friendly. The service is beyond amazing, quick, and the food is cooked to perfection. However, the Blizzards are often melted and always running down the side of the cup, as they are no longer served thick and cold. The ice cream has been disappointing for many years. A banana split was replaced with a smaller version after an accident. Ice cream treats, including Blizzards with generous peanut butter cups, and a blue raspberry misty freeze were very good. The BOGO Blizzards were delicious.
