Unfortunately the store was pretty dirty, i went to use a highchair and WOW it was filthy. I wouldn't have put my dog in that chair little lone my Granddaughter! Tables were dirty also, I had to wipe the table off myself so we could sit down. Hopefully they can clean up some.

As an infrequent visitor at Arby's I was surprised by my wife's cheesesteak sandwich, long on cheese, short on meat. My sandwich was fine (I ordered double meat)

Trust me. If you eat here go through the drive through. The dining area is disgusting. The staff almost couldn't be bothered to take an order.

STAFF FLIPPED OFF MY HUSBAND AND 8 YEAR OLD AFTER WAITING 20+ MIN IN THE DRIVE THRU, AND THEN GOT THE ORDER WRONG.

My husband took my son through the drive thru and ordered 1 happy meal and a chocolate shake. There were 2 cars ahead of them, and after 5 minutes my husband noted the time. They reached the window after waiting 20 minutes and then waited another few minutes while the staff made the shake and soda. When the girl finally came to the window my husband said “waiting 20 minutes for 1 order is pretty crazy”. She snapped back at him, “We only have 2 people in here so if you don’t like it don’t come through our drive thru”. My husband responded “well I didn’t know that when I ordered and that’s not the customers problem.” She proceeded to flip off my husband in front of my 8 year old, and walked off. To make matters worse, they messed up the order and gave him a vanilla shake. Arby’s is my son’s favorite place to stop and it’s on our way home, but he now says he doesn’t want to go back because he doesn’t want to see her. I understand they struggle to find help, but needless to say…THE SERVICE AND STAFF SUCK. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE.
