9/2/24. Ice cream was good. Management needs to train the server to not handle the cone barehanded. I understand staffing can be an issue in a small town and after the main tourist season is over. This is why I did not say anything, but I also did not eat the cone. Wasted $$.
We LOVE Bigg Chill!! So so so delicious ? I am a chocolate lover and their Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Noir keep me coming back for more!!!!! My husband tried 3 other different flavors that I don’t care for, because it ain’t chocolate and he’s loved them all!!!

According to locals, this place makes their own ice cream and it was a fantastic treat after dinner.
As far as service goes. The fantastic young lady behind the counter was great and still smiling even though I walked in a few minutes before closing.
