I really just needed to take the time to rave about the staff working on Halloween night 2025. We came in to get some food after trick or treating with our 6 year old. Everybody was super pleasant and embracing the holiday even though they had to work. The guy working the front counter gave us some of the best customer service I’ve had in ages. Everybody was just… nice. The vibe was great and the food was cooked to perfection. It’s awesome being able to rave about a fast food restaurant because as we all know this isn’t the typical experience at most places these days. So thank you again for making our halloween nice - it mattered to us.

Turtle blizzard was as good as I remembered. The restaurant was a bit chilly. And this particular DQ does NOT offer senior discount. 😢

Food is generally pretty good most of the time but what's with the Blizzards always being melted? What happened to serving the ice cream upside down? The ice cream has been disappointing for many years. I haven't been served a proper Blizzard that's thick and cold in a very long time. It's always running down the side of the cup when they give it to me and by the time I get home I have to put it in my freezer. Are ya'll not maintaining your ice cream machines properly?
