I really just needed to take the time to rave about the staff working on Halloween night 2025. We came in to get some food after trick or treating with our 6 year old. Everybody was super pleasant and embracing the holiday even though they had to work. The guy working the front counter gave us some of the best customer service I’ve had in ages. Food is generally pretty good most of the time but what's with the Blizzards always being melted? What happened to serving the ice cream upside down? The ice cream has been disappointing for many years. I haven't been served a proper Blizzard that's thick and cold in a very long time. It's always running down the side of the cup when they give it to me and by the time I get home I have to put it in my freezer. Are ya'll not maintaining your ice cream machines...
Very busy place, very clean, service was beyond amazing....manager is very people friendly and his crew was very customer set. Bathrooms were clean and tables were clean and set up nice....
