This Dominos store definitely needs some customer service oriented people. It might as well close. I helped re-model this store into the theater store it is today and worked there for five years after the re-model. When I was employed there, we were top notch & my crew tried to be the top store in our area and we were. No matter how busy we got, we made most things correctly and followed dominos corporate guidelines. We tried to put each customer first and make them happy and pleased with the food. Things have entirely changed! I can’t even describe it. Whatever happened to making pizza with a topping in every bite? Or taking the time to remake a pizza so it could be enjoyed by the customer? Among many other issues, I’m truly embarrassed by the staff that are currently working there. None of them know what they are doing and that seems to be okay?.??. I have ordered a few times and it just keeps getting worse and worse every time. It’s embarrassing and shameful and no one cares! It’s too bad their corporate office is impossible to get a hold of, otherwise I’d address this issue in a different way. They don’t verify anything and are snappy and rude on the phone. They don’t start making the food until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be out of the oven ready and ready to go. The food is under par and sloppy. I will never order here again. I hope you don’t order here. I gave one stars only because it won’t let me give zero. My current employer ordered a lot of pizzas for us and half of us got food poisoning from it. They have been closed during the busiest times in the past six months! Unbelievable, right? During the COVID pandemic we were still open. This dominos store is going downhill in a matter of three years.

The pizza is always pretty good, but lately I feel like they forget the cheese 🤔 maybe its just me. I'll order extra cheese next time. I shouldn't have to for the pizza to not look like sauce and topppings though 😕 come guys

I once waited over a half hour for curbside delivery, following their instructions to park on the east side of the building. I checked in as soon as I got there, and nothing for that half hour. I then moved to the store front (which has limited parking since it’s on Main Street) and even turned my hazards on and waited another half hour for an employee to finally notice me. No apology for the hour that it took to get my food to me. No attempt to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very slow with making the pizzas, stuffed crust tastes like garbage. I would rather spend 100$ on Pizzahut pizzas than spend 10$ at dominoes. Very horrible tasting food.

Ordered on the app, pizza took 20 minutes longer than ETA, pretty busy for a Saturday night. I ordered a Deluxe with half (left) jalapeños and half (right) no green peppers. Not too much to ask right? I was given a beef only pizza (basically a plain cheese) with only 1 piece of jalapeño and banana peppers all over it, which I didn't even ask for.
Honestly, it doesn't matter how slammed with orders they are, if they would just take some extra time to get my order right, I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer. But to have waited as long as I did for the WRONG pizza, I won't be coming here again.
Not to mention, when I took the pizza because I didn't want to wait another 25-40 minutes to get the correct one, when driving away I saw a Domino's delivery driver pulled over by a cop. Tonight really was not a good look for this location. Just slow down and do things right 🤷♂️

I had pre-ordered 3 large pizzas for a birthday party for my son that started at 3pm. When I went to pick up the pizzas at 2:45, they weren't even starting the pizzas. It was done baking at approximately 3:10 then they canceled the order. Not even trying to make it right or anything. So now the employees all got free food on me. The general manager does not know how to time manage or deal with costumers. He was very carefree about this encounter and showed no remorse for messing it up.
I was so impressed with this location's pizza, it was so good, the crust and flavors were perfect. Great job guys, thank you for a good pie!

I am always impressed with the staff at this store! They are polite, quick to help you, smile and answer your questions! They seem to actually like where they work. Their pizza is probably the best in town- but Cody lacks good food choices so there’s that. But the pizza is always hot, cooked well and accurate to the order! 5 stars for this store and their staff! They do a great job!!
