Great place. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. This is true home cooked Mexican food. The restaurant was clean and had a very nice atmosphere. We were one of the first ones there when they opened and by the time we were halfway through our meal the place was full.

I visited El Vaquero on the 4th of July and had a really great experience. The food was delicious, I had some fantastic quesadillas, and the service was very efficient. I highly recommend it!

Surprising little hidden away restaurant. The food is homemade. The chips and salsa were delicious. Highly recommend the guacamole. My only note is that the food could have used a little more flavor, and this were a little pricier than I would have assumed. But it's made from scratch and It's so nice to find real, homemade mexican food. I will definitely return.
