The food was extremely under seasoned. The staff were obviously not trained, so it was a bit frustrating to just be stared at for a few minutes instead of being greeted or told whether or not we could find a table. The waffle fries were the highlight, which doesn't say much for a place that highlights its meat selections. I would say most of their items are overpriced, but they do try to give you an above average meal. I will give them another chance, but I wasn't impressed...
Stopped here for dinner while on my cross country road trip. You are going to want to get a bison burger and get their fried cheese curds. The bison meat pairs so well with the bacon and the cheese curds were the best I ever had. Made my stop before Yellow Stone memorable.
My wife and I stopped in for Dinner while in Cody. We were seated quickly but service overall was slow because it was a busy Friday Night. We got two different Bison Burgers and both were delicious and worth the wait. The overall venue is interesting being both a butcher shop and restaurant. We would recommend and go back if in the area.
