I stopped in here to grab some lunch. I placed my order on the app and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. My food was hot and fresh so I don’t mind waiting for hot and fresh food (but this was a little excessive). The McDonald’s itself is very nice, looks to be new. However, the restroom trash receptacles in the stalls were overflowing and just generally disgusting. While I was waiting. I noticed several McDonald’s employees sitting in a booth right across from the cashier and they were disciplining employees. I felt so bad for this young man who was getting disciplined in front of his managers, but also the general public..

Waited for 15 mins for an egg mcmuffin at 9:30 am... I guess I should look at it that it was freshly cooked.. except 30 mins later I was running for the loo!

Got food today 8/1/25. Got the wrong size fries/drink that I payed for and came back. Got the wrong sauce. And I found hair fried onto the nugget. I was quite upset that I had to speak to them twice, and still found issues afterward…

We hit this location during a moderate Saturday breakfast rush and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. We had a camper in tow so dine in was the only option, and parking was tricky. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for a 3 person order.

Almost a 30 minute wait on a 2 item order. Out of straws, out of medium cup lids, and apparently put of small fry bags so they are using hash brown bags resulting in a small fry having a pathetic amount in it.
