Possibly the worst McDonalds ive been too, if you like the wrong food, crappy service and long waits, this is the place for you.

I stopped in here to grab some lunch. I placed my order on the app and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. My food was hot and fresh so I don’t mind waiting for hot and fresh food (but this was a little excessive). The McDonald’s itself is very nice, looks to be new. However, the restroom trash receptacles in the stalls were overflowing and just generally disgusting. While I was waiting. I noticed several McDonald’s employees sitting in a booth right across from the cashier and they were disciplining employees. I felt so bad for this young man who was getting disciplined in front of his managers, but also the general public..

Waited for 15 mins for an egg mcmuffin at 9:30 am... I guess I should look at it that it was freshly cooked.. except 30 mins later I was running for the loo!

Got food today 8/1/25. Got the wrong size fries/drink that I payed for and came back. Got the wrong sauce. And I found hair fried onto the nugget. I was quite upset that I had to speak to them twice, and still found issues afterward…

We hit this location during a moderate Saturday breakfast rush and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. We had a camper in tow so dine in was the only option, and parking was tricky. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for a 3 person order.

Almost a 30 minute wait on a 2 item order. Out of straws, out of medium cup lids, and apparently put of small fry bags so they are using hash brown bags resulting in a small fry having a pathetic amount in it.
Have had more bad experiences here in the week of visiting than anywhere in life from rude snotty workers to tweaked out managers running hour wait times on breakfast with 5 cars pulled that all came in yelling and 50 people in lobby and she couldn’t figure out who had what and then I came through after work 2 nights in a row and got fries so salty I couldn’t eat them the first night and they act like they didn’t care so I just tossed them and said screw it and next night asked for no salt and Brittney told me real bad time for that sorry sir and said excuse me and she said we literally just salted them I said I don’t care I want no salt I got so much salt last night I couldn’t eat them and she said whatever I wasn’t here last night so I wouldn’t know then after that was very ignorant to me at the window as well shame on y’all do better this is a tourist town act like it

Worse McDonald's experience ever. All ordering done by kiosk. Lots of people struggling. What happened to people helping people? No napkins cuz the truck hadn't cone. Why didn't Mgr run to Walmart?? She wasn't working the counter, that's for sure! The world is in the pooper... and we won't even mention the bathroom!

Absolutely terrible service and atmosphere. We waited 30 minutes for food and it was wrong when we got it. Had to ask for several things and they were out of ice the whole time despite several customers telling them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!
