We hit this location during a moderate Saturday breakfast rush and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. We had a camper in tow so dine in was the only option, and parking was tricky. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for a 3 person order.
So we are originally from Casper and I can tell firsthand it was going to be a better experience than what we deal with back home. Much friendlier, more sitting, even asked if we needed 2 drink carriers and door dash bag for our family meal.
On September 9th my wife and I were visiting Cody, WY from Montana and rushed in for breakfast. We were greeted by Lexie at the counter. What a pleasant encounter! She was alert, bubbly and had a great welcoming smile. Management needs to hang on to this one! She is the type of employee that should be given every consideration for promotion.
