On September 9th my wife and I were visiting Cody, WY from Montana and rushed in for breakfast. We were greeted by Lexie at the counter. What a pleasant encounter! She was alert, bubbly and had a great welcoming smile. Management needs to hang on to this one! She is the type of employee that should be given every consideration for promotion. Just a normal mdonalds very quiet but no flowers here. The service was normal and also checked. There is free wifi. This time bought the deluxe mcrispy spicy meal and like the spicy sauce could do with a bigger burger though. Also tried the sweet tea and it is really sweet not sure how much sugar was added but don't drink too much. The place is much cleaner. Free drink refil too was nice.
ordered from kiosk, so can't fairly rate counter service; however, the food was prepared with no care at all. Whatever. I was hungry. I ate it. Would be willing to overlook this if it was prepared quickly, but nope. Slow and pricey, but OK for road trip food.
