The food and service were awesome!!!! Note though they're apparently on winter hours and didn't update their Google profile. So we showed up an hour and a half before close time and we're rushed to get food before the grills shut off for the night. However our waiter did a great job of communicating with us, and making sure we didn't FEEL rushed. Also their menu was completely different than the Google profile as well. Which kind of threw us for a loop as well because we had an idea of what we wanted.

My friend and I stopped here on our way back from Yellowstone and I would rather starve than eat at this restaurant again. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it came out pink. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress she took it back and returned it a few moments later with a sarcastic remark on the side. She brought me the same under-cooked chicken sandwich, but a significant portion of the sandwich was removed. There was clearly no regard for food safety or customer service. If I could give this restaurant 0/5 stars, I would.

This place was an okay hotel restaurant, but we hit it at a bad time. The service was okay, but we had a problem with the cooking execution.

QT's was recommended to us by the Buffalo Bill Village associates. We stopped in for lodging and asked where a place to eat nearby is. QT's is literally in the same parking lot and 20 steps away. We walked in and were seated right away. It was slow, early dinner time, but did pick up before we left. Frederick was our server but he was more than that. He had a fun sense of humor that we played along with. He asked us where we were from (MN) and where we were going (Yellowstone via Jackson Hole). He gave us lots of advice on which route to take, what to see along the way, and where to stay once we got there. The entrees were ordered and delivered quickly. Everything tasted wonderful. I got the Bruschetta Chicken sandwich. I liked it but didn't care for the giant pieces of uncut tomatoes. Sis got the Cowboy Burger. Ma and Pa got the Mile High Sirloin Steak sandwich. Mom raved over the grilled onions and mushrooms, and she loved the thin sliced steak. Dad liked it too but passed on the Chipotle mayo. Too spice for him, I thought it was tasty on my fries. I'm sad to think I'll never be able to try other things on their menu or breakfast buffet. Hopefully if you're reading this, you will.

We asked when checking in at Buffalo Bill's "where could we go for good food", "oh QT's of course!" Any other place? "Not really, you can walk around downtown..."Now we know "it was not good at all and expensive". How can you make a salad taste bad? Husband had walleye. So much breading you couldn't taste or find the fish. Won't go back!

We went here for dinner as this is where the receptionist at buffalo bills told us to go…. The best chef in the whole of Cody. Be affiliated to one another, holiday inn and the cabins, it was a great sales pitch! The waitress offered us 2 choices of seating restaurant or bar , we opted for the bar. We sat there for about 10 minutes then the bar staff came over and asked if we where ok! We said we waiting for menus and the response was “ well no one told me” We was brought the menu and then asked what we wanted… we asked if we could have 5 minutes to browse. 2mins later, we’re asked again! We gave our hurried order. Both my wife and I felt slightly uncomfortable and wondered if we should go into the restaurant side as we could see the wait staff tentatively talking to the customers. We stayed out and 10mins later our child portions where brought out. We was surprised by the size against the $$$ Anyhow, we quietly ate our meal, paid and left to avoid the wrath of the bar staff. Not a pleasant experience. Tip would be to stay in the restaurant side.

New chef, new menu and it's great! We've had breakfast once and dinner twice since the changes and what a phenomenal difference. Fresh cooked foods, many from scratch and not food services frozen/heated. The restaurant itself was remodeled a few years ago and looks great as well. They have always had a kind and helpful staff and now they have some great food to go with it.Vegetarian options: Plenty of fruits/veggies.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu and Christmas and Easter kid breakfasts.Parking: Big parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Has parking and wide doors, tables for WC.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free, proteins and classic meals.
