The food is always good and the right temperature. The price is reasonable (coupons are helpful). The service is fast, and mostly friendly. The only thing that could use improvement is that there are a few team members that never smile and are pretty "dry" with their customer service. I'm the type of customer that will always expect some friendliness with service because of the hard-earned money I'm spending. I'm also the type of customer that will listen...
They have cut back on quantity in the ingredients on your sandwich which I understand, but then you have all too much bread and it's expensive to add extra ingredients. The soup is great for being a frozen product.
