I sat in the drive thru for 42 minutes waiting for 2 tacos. You can’t get out of the drive thru due to how it’s laid out. The food was ice cold and disgusting. I ended up throwing it away. Their reason for the wait is they were filling Door Dash orders. There were 2 employees that I could see. One in the drive thru and one in the back. They didn’t have anything I wanted to order and settled on 2 soft shell tacos. The food tasted like it came out of the refrigerator and was never warmed up. They tried to charge me $25.00+ and realized they were looking at the wrong order. I ended up paying $12.00+ for food I couldn’t eat. Never again.

This was the worst Taco Johns experience of my life! I ordered super potato oles. They were out of Pico de gillo and guacamole and didn't tell me. Also, the potatoes were overdone and a bit cold. I immediately brought them up to the counter. The girl made eye contact with me, looked away, stood there for a bit, then finally asked if I needed anything. I told her my situation, she said, "I guess we're out. I just got here, not not really sure what's going on.". I told her I wished I'd known before I ordered and paid. She shrugged. Do you have any vegetables? She gave me some jalapenos.
Does this TJs always suck?

We were having a hard time finding something open later for dinner since it’s the off season, so we went to Taco John’s and wow!! Friendly customer service and hot and fresh food, and the food was some of the best Taco John’s we’ve ever ate! Excellent job y’all keep up the good work!

This may have been the most mismanaged and chaotic fast food place I've seen lately, but at least the meal was decent.

About 3 inches of empty tortilla on both bean burritos...
That's 6 inches of flour tortilla I just paid for... a whole empty burrito. No filling.

Recommended by the hotel we were staying at, they didn't give us half our order and refused to answer the phone when I tried to call to see if I could come back to get it. Talk about customer service. If you're traveling go back into town (off the highway)where you'll actually get food for your family.

First time trying Taco Johns. I did not think it was very good and my family had mixed reviews of the food. There was nobody in the restaurant besides for drive thru costumers and we still waited 30 minutes for our food. It started to make me feel sick halfway through eating my quesadilla. There are better restaurants in town. Only give it good atmosphere since you can eat outside and see the mountains.

We have never tried a Taco John's before and decided to stop at this one on our way out of Yellowstone.
When we went in, the one door was open in the front with a fan blowing air into the restaurant. It was difficult to find a clean table. I had to clean one myself.
The best thing about this place is their potatoes. The burritos lacked flavor.
The people at the counter were nice. My order was correct.
I can checkmark it that I have been there, but I will not be going again.
