I've been here two days in a row and the computer system is broken. Too bad the general manager doesn't care enough to fix the issues and sling some food.

Old, hard potatoe oles, barely filled burritos with old tortillas that just fall apart. The nacho cheese, which you have to PAY FOR was barely even half full. If I’m paying for it, fill it up atleast! Thought the new people that were brought in to run it were supposed to fix this place up. Don’t recommend until something changes.

The manger is so rude and passive aggressive. All of my food was cold and waiting 10+ for the food. I saw employees VAPING in the kitchen. When I came back with my food no more than a minute later the manger was being so very passive aggressive and telling me that it was all freshly made despite it being so cold. The managers name was Savanna. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not eat here again

The food was cold and employees were vaping in the kitchen by all of the food. food tasted disgusting as if it was bad. The store was dirty and the bathrooms were leaking and smelt of sewage. it took way too long for them to take my order as they were just standing around and talking with eachother not to mention they were swearing. The employees were not wearing gloves while handling the food. The manager was rude when I told her my food was cold as she claimed "she just made them fresh" even though she says that the food was cold. I did not receive a refund or my food remade. Extremely disappointin. do better taco John's!

Ever since the change in ownership and management it has been going consistently downhill. The store won't even answer the phone when you call. If you want taco johns go to powell.

It appalled me on how they hire the staff with such poor customer services. They rave about new management and doing better, but it gotten even worst. They did not prepared with care for ordered of food , missing items, taco wasn't wrap and thrown at the bottom. When we called and were told it's not their fault and nothing they can do about it and that it is doordash fault . It has nothing to do with the doordasher, it's the restaurant that did not give a care to prepare it with care.

I used to be somewhat regular here but recently it has gone way down hill. They are frequently out of things like guacamole. Sometimes they don’t stay open til the end of business hours.Once I went in and the prep stations were an absolute mess and one employee was in the back on her phone so I left.Another time I went and probably waited 20 minutes for like 4 tacos and a burrito.Then they put up the drive thru only sign, which I hate using because they are frequently out of things and I don’t want to get stuck in line waiting to go somewhere else.Today I gave in and went to the drive thru. After I had to repeat my order and correct it several times, “Oh, I don’t even know if we have guacamole. Hold on… sorry, we don’t have any” so I had to back out of the drive thru.It’s just not worth it anymore.

Never know when it’s going to be open, there are hours posted but when you get there, 3/4 times they have closed early or been closed in general. They serve breakfast but don’t open till 11. I understand they have hard time keeping employees. But you can’t keep asking for second chances and continue to disappoint.
