It is a great event venue!! The owner is easy to work with and my wedding reception went off without a hitch. We also go there weekly for the food truck night on Mondays.

In my opinion, the owner, Lynn, was extremely greedy. She was sneaky with her contract. I signed the contract in September 2021 for my June 2022 wedding. In the contract, it stated that the $1,150 rental fee included set up. A few more lines down, it read that there could be extra fees for more rental items... NOT setup. She had me under the impression that my wedding set up was included. Two days before the wedding, I get an email that we owe ANOTHER $680 or so.
She FAILED to let me know with more advance how much extra she would be charging. She charged $600 for 3 sets of curtains and curtain lights, a gazebo, and ceiling lights (I'm pretty sure she never takes these down). I asked if we could set them up ourselves and she said no. In my opinion, Lynn is out to scam for profit and reputation. Furthermore, the decorations were set up by MY wedding party. Lynn, how dare you. Her excuse for her greed was that she doesn't work for free. This makes sense until you realize she's scamming you for money. My wedding was beautiful because I planned it... not because of Lynn.
Lynn also LIED to my face at the end of the reception. According to my invoice, she was only going to charge for 1 bartender. I'm sure she could tell my family was upset, so she claimed that she took off the charge for the second bartender because they couldn't make it. She was just trying to cover her own butt.
Again, in my opinion, Lynn BROKE the contract and scammed my family for more money. Take from this whatever you choose. I will NEVER recommend her for anything ever.

Great venue for private parties, weddings, etc. Lots of parking, covered drop-off in front, handicap accessible, full bar, and more.

We went to a wedding reception at the Terrace. What can I say about this place other than it is absolutely beautiful. There are very few decorations needed here because the ambience is lovely and warm. Even the bathrooms are gorgeous! Lynn, the owner, is a darling woman and you can see her eye for detail all over the place. Highly recommended.

Love this place, we go there everytime we visit Cody. The food is good, and they have a great happy hour.
I had the Hazelnut Fettucini with blackened salmon and it was AMAZING! One of the best meals I've ever had. I highly recommend stopping in for dinner.
