Excellent staff. All were pros and very pleasant. Pizza was good but I'd insist on an extra 5 minutes in oven for a crisper crust

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes exceptional and sometimes needs work. This time we went directly at noon, on a Saturday, in August! There was one young man waiting on the entire room. The sign says wait to be seated. We chose the closest table due to disabilites but he told us the table was dirty, from last night! Why? Nobody bothered to clean up from the night before? The server did a great job, but we had to wait to pay, when on a time limit, and he was busy, trying to wait on everyone. We ordered two pizzas and they were awesome with the perfect crust. I wouldnt bave been sad if they also had balsamic vinegar on the tables, our fungi pizza would have been happier if we could of added a little as a topper. The bartender was also in the room, but she didn't try to wait on anyone. There was no salt and pepper on the table we had to ask for it and our server was busy so I asked the bartender. I just couldn't understand why there didn't seem to be any teamwork going on while basically a full room by the time we were leaving. As a local visiting during tourist season I did expect more. I think the owners are more interested in having a honkey tonk bar and maybe should give up the lunch meal and focus on trying to be like the old Cassie's. The wood boxes outside should have flowers in them but they had dirt, beer bottles and cigarette butts. Even the bars on the main street (Sheridan Avenue) of town have great curb appeal and they are always full of people from late morning to 2:00 a.m.

According to locals, it's the best pizza in Cody, and by my estimation that could be true. I had the Spicy Hawaiian pizza, and it was delicious and lived up to its name. We ate at the bar, and the bartender was attentive and provided great service.

Came for brunch. Brunch sign right out front. But closed. No explanation.
Excellent all around. We ordered the chicken Marsala, the lamb gnocchi, and the fungi pizza. Excellent flavors, great service, highly recommended

We ate here two nights while visiting Cody. The first night was excellent and we could not wait to go back. Second visit we arrived at 4:30 reservation and service was very slow. We waited on our salad for one hour and 45 minutes. Several entrees were unavailable and food ordered was subpar.

My husband and I got two pizzas, a pepperoni pizza, and a “Carne” pizza.
They were delicious!
I was a little nervous about trying the “Carne pizza” but it was our favorite!
The hostess, Olivia, was nice and polite the whole time.
We waited for like an hour to get the pizzas, but waiting for them was truly worth it!

Coming from a restaurant background I’m not one to complain easily, jump to conclusions, or hate on a server or restaurant because I get it. However, our experience at trailhead is one I can’t not complain about. My family and I came in this past week for dinner, a group of 10. It was an hour wait, no problem we waited to hour came back and waiting for a table to be cleared for us to be seated. We waited for 5 minutes to get drinks, we then ordered two appetizers. 15 minutes later the server came back to take our order. We waited 30 minutes for our two appetizers to come out. After 45 minutes of waiting for our 3 pizzas. Our server finally came over and informed us that the pizza oven had broken, but our pizza was now in the oven. No problem, things happen we get that. But then a table that we noticed had been sat behind us a good 30 minutes after we had arrived, was being served their dinner and one of those meals being a pizza… after waiting over an hour for 3 pizzas we walked out. I get things happen, but the lack of communication and waiting an hour for 3 cheese pizzas is unacceptable!!

We went for dinner here, ordered the same meal and it ended up being two different things. They subbed one of the elements of my meal for something else without telling us. I ended up having an allergic reaction. If I’m going to be paying 36 dollars a meal for ten bites of food it should be good and what I ordered. It was neither. The staff was helpful with the situation but definitely overwhelmed.
