a fast food place in small town USA this Wendy's is actually pretty decent. They are usually pretty dang fast and courteous. The dining room is normally fairly picked up unless it's right after a lunch or dinner rush. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean. You usually don't have to stand in line because they have the kiosks and there's usually not a long long wait at the drive-thru

3.8 rating is terrible what is corporate doing do either fix this store. Or get rid of it so we can put something better there. Do something to fix this now or I'll do my own rating for tiktok and you do not want that.

Doesn't matter how many times I ask for a sausage burrito in the morning they give me a bacon one that is actually terrible. They must have them prepaid amd just send them out without giving a crap whay someone actually orders!!!!

Waited at service register for over 10 minutes, several employees saw us non made any attempt to take our order. Finally one employee came up, was very rude acted like too bad I have to wait on these people. We generally come in to Wendy's two or three times a week, not anymore!!! Date was 10/24/25 at 10:45 am.

What a terrible experience me and my family had on 5th of October 2025. We stopped in to dine in , and the cashier (long black hair in a ponytail wearing a black cap, white female presenting) was so rude and disgusting. She kept sticking her fingers into our fries and nuggets (no gloves) (they were cold and we didn’t eat them) and when she pushed our drink ups to us instead of handing them to us one of them got chocolate sauce on the rim, my wife asked for a new one and the cashier with some attitude grabbed it looked at us then threw it away she then put a another one on the counter and had this look like we were an inconvenience being there. She neither smiled or greeted us or thank us, a terrible experience and will never eat there again. Oh and the chili she just slopped on a tray it was spilling down the side. I didn’t even eat my meal . $28 down the drain with everything we ordered. My daughter was sick that night and I have a feeling it might have been the food prep and Miss finger food that made her sick. I will be writing to corporate about her . Fire miss finger foods !!!

Approximately 6:58 PM on 10/7 the person working at the pickup window was very rude and unprofessional, cursing in spanish, as if one did not know what he was saying. Very unprofessional and rude. This person must be held accountable for what was said.
