Broken wheel truck stop and cafe

This place is a dump, not 24hr like a real truck stop, pumps are leaky garbage, printers and card readers don't work most of the time and apparently it's too hard to do their job and make sure the window wash is full and squeegies are replaced.....this place is a joke.

Your a 24 hour truck stop and you close your showers at 10pm????? Shame on you! Shame, Shame,Shame. What are you thinking? Some of us guys on the road rely on the showers to sleep in a clean bed! Don't care do you? What is wrong with you????? Fix it and be a real 24 hour truck stop! I will never buy fuel here again and I've spent about 3000 in the last 9 days here on fuel. Never again! Dumb, lazy and inappropriate!

It used to be a super nice place now it's a dump. Ceilings are falling down in shower rooms, used toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, weird people roaming the parking lot. Sad that the owners have just let it go.

Stopped in for gas and a restroom break. Asked about a Sinclair dinosaur, but was told they did not have any. Went to the restroom, which was very clean, and when I came back out, I saw a sign with the Sinclair dinosaur in the window. I asked the clerk if they would be willing to sell it as I wanted one for my grandson. she called and spoke with a manager, and they gave me the sign. The attendants were very friendly. I wanted you to know that you made this grandmothers day and will put a big smile on the face of a two year old in Arkansas. This was one of the many highlights of our trip through Wyoming. nice restaurant the store and everything was under renovation but the food was great the specials great deal staff very friendly

We are regulars to the truck stop, good food and good service. Tonight only one waitress was working in a packed restaurant. Management should staff accordingly. The poor girl had tables of people walk out. While she was waiting tables, bussing, and being cashier. They need more help on evening shift.

great home cooking . No fast food here. , plenty of truck parking

My family and I were in Douglas for the day at the fair. We stopped in for something to eat before going back to Gillette. We were expecting average food, but it was FANTASTIC!!! Our service was great and we only had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for our food (307 burgers, club sandwich, and a french dip). The food tasted great and our server (one of the men working, maybe twins) was on top of everything. The cook sent out more fries, because he thought he might have shorted us. The restaurant and the C-store were very clean and everyone was genuinely friendly. Thank you for making our visit great. We will definitely be back and will tell everyone.
