The fryer oil needed to be changed. Just a few small changes would earn you five stars. “Heading from Jackson and not many choices my daughter picked this place out by the fries on Google. Although it took more time than I had scheduled the food was really good. Mind you this is a small establishment and I don't think food is their priority. That being said there was probably a table of 8 in front of us and only two ladies cooking. We watched them make fresh hamburger patties and cook right in front of us. The food was very good and worth the stop. As a bonus they had the Tennessee Vols and LSU game on that was an added bonus being from Tennessee. Hats off, good job.”

“If anyone told me this truckstop fried chicken was as good as it is I would probably not have believed them but I’m going to tell you. This is the best fried chicken I’ve had since some friends took me out to a famous restaurant in Washington DC. I’m literally blown away by this fried chicken. The white meat breast was incredibly juicy and moist. I don’t know when I’ll be coming down this road again but when I do I’m pulling over to get a bucket of it.”

“La costa have been a childhood favorite, i haven’t had La costa since i was atleast 9 it’s hard to come eat here whilst living in Texas but i had a chance to stop by the other day and its just as good as i remember it. The owner basically a family friend and although he hasn’t seen me since i was young he automatically remembered me and he has the BEST customer service and makes it feel like home. I would 100% recommend this place I’ve tried thousand of Mexican restaurants and a majority of them are “Tex-mex” and this is the only one that has authentic Mexican food in my opinion as half Mexican lol.”

“Was a very busy weekend due to Douglas hosting a High School Volleyball tournament. Super fast and friendly staff even with the line out the door. WAY better than the local Subway where I live. Hat's off to you and the 4 employees that that have right now. And the prices were also better than any Subway I've been to.”

“Stopped in for gas and a restroom break. Asked about a Sinclair dinosaur, but was told they did not have any. Went to the restroom, which was very clean, and when I came back out, I saw a sign with the Sinclair dinosaur in the window. I asked the clerk if they would be willing to sell it as I wanted one for my grandson. she called and spoke with a manager, and they gave me the sign. The attendants were very friendly. I wanted you to know that you made this grandmothers day and will put a big smile on the face of a two year old in Arkansas. This was one of the many highlights of our trip through Wyoming. “Went inside to order. Waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the counter. I even yelled out 'hello' and no one came. Didn't see one single other customer inside or anyone in the drive thru so it's not that they were busy. Ok weird, so I went through the drive thru and ordered. It took forever, however, the guy was really nice, and the food was hot, fresh, and really good!”

“While the service on front counter was great. The food I received was not, it was slapped together, I bet a 2year old could do a better job. The atmosphere was ehhh alright I guess, I've definitely seen better.”
