A million times over recommend! I have had to be dairy free since I had my little one, but recently started being able to have dairy again! This morning I placed an order that had lots of dairy in it and I got a phone call making sure that was ok before I came to pick it up! Every coffee I have had has been delicious (and there has been ALOT of them!) the Newcastle crew is off the charts awesome and I appreciate them so much!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
All the employees are friendly. Coffee is delicious and makes you get adventurous with your coffee choices. Delicious breakfast and sandwiches. I have been to 2 of the locations. The one in Cody is beautiful, great place to sit with family or friends and visit.
Let me start by saying I usually love sips and their coffees but the last 3-4 times I have been there I’ve been getting half a coffee and the rest is either empty or filled with foam. If I order a 20oz drink I don’t want 10oz and the rest foam or empty. It’s so frustrating and unfortunately I don’t think I will be going there anymore as I want to make sure I get my moneys worth.

KAYb Coffee & Co (formerly Sips Coffee) is a favorite little coffee shop with multiple locations. All the employees are friendly, and the baristas are absolutely amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Every coffee has been delicious, and every drink—hot, cold, and blended—that has been tried was delicious. The Newcastle crew is off the charts awesome, and the crew was super friendly. Delicious breakfast and sandwiches are available, and pastries are also delicious. One customer ordered a blended iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, and it was fantastic. The location in Cody is beautiful, a great place to sit with family or friends and visit. A million times over recommend; customers will be hooked after trying it at least once. The service is so good that one customer would frequent the place just for the service alone.
