I have so much good to say I can't include it all here because no one would read that much! The entire pregnancy and birth it felt like we were working with people who remembered our names. They treated us like neighbors and friends. We worked with the same staff; Doctors, nurses, MAs, sonographers, account advisors, (they have people you can actually talk to.) We were able to know them and hear stories of their families. The smaller interactions like with lab technicians, dietitians and hospital administrators left us feeling taken care of. Everyone went out of their way to look after our needs and delivered a personalized experience. I have a million little stories about each amazing person we worked with. We are so grateful for the care we received.

Memorial Hospital of Converse County is commitment to innovative treatments and compassionate care is truly commendable.

It is true that they wildly misrepresent patient responsibility, provide zero accurate informed consent around billing practice/policy and billing proceeds to take zero accountability on an issue that doesn’t seem to be isolated to my experience only. I don’t believe we were provided insufficient information out of malice. Still, there appears to be very little genuine regard for improving communication between locations or between providers and patients. In hindsight, we would have absolutely sought out alternative options and I’d advise anyone to do so.

The staff here is absolutely awesome!! We had our twin boys here under their care and I can't say enough great things about everyone here!! Thank Dr. Falkner and all the nurses and caretakers so so much for everything you girls did during this amazing and very careful time!! Our new boys definitely appreciate you too! God bless you all!!

This is our preferred hospital even though it's an hour away from Casper.

We were traveling and passing through when I got sick. It’s always scary going to a hospital in a town you know nothing about . I have sort of a complicated past medical history which further complicates things but the urgent care and hospital took very good care of me. I was seen quickly. The urgent care Dr has over 20 years experience in ER ( that was a smart choice they made there). The hospital was ready for me when I came over for my tests and performed them all stat. The Dr office called me in about an hour with the results and a plan of care. Everyone was very nice and I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Supposed to have an out patient surgery and was told I would be given 2 day notice of the time. Because of Memorial Day weekend would not be notified to the time until one day notice. I have to travel. No dignity and respect of patient. I mean how tough is it to set a schedule. Was not a pleasant a experience to say the least.

Zero stars. Billing patients for nurses that where supposably in the room while a procedure that should have been covered 100%. This should be brought up to the patient before hand if you were going to add additional charges if one or more nurses were going to be present. The patient now has a large bill to pay when everyone , doctors, nurses etc. should have been covered under the procedure. This is so unfair to the patient when he/she is told it's covered by insurance. You need to do a better job of informing patient the TRUE cost of everything UPFRONT!!

I got to experience the surgery staff twice, the first time we had to reschedule the surgery. The second time was a tremendous success. I can’t recommend this hospital and the surgical staff that took care of me enough for everyone to understand how great my experience was. They care about you as a person as much as you as a surgery patient. The treatment I received was not comparable to anything I have experienced before. This team operated just like a well oiled machine. They worked with each other and with me as the patient. Then as I am being discharged I was asked if I would like some homemade chicken noodle soup to take home? I said yes please. The kitchen staff makes the soup in bulk and freezes it to send home with their patients. What a fantastic idea. Everyone knows that chicken noodle soup is a wonderful cure all and it hits the spot. Tastes great!! My experience with Memorial Hospital of Converse County was the best by far that I’ve ever experienced. I have had quite a few visits to the hospital in Casper over the years and not one was as pleasant and enjoyable as going to Memorial Hospital of Converse County. I want to Thank everyone who cared for me the morning of 5/29/24. You make going to the hospital a pleasant experience instead of something you dread. Thank You all and God Bless.
