Me and my family were pretty excited to go eat stuffed crust pizza that we love from Pizza Hut but when we got there the building was empty. There were pizzas in the oven but they were overlapped so I’m pretty sure they were burning. The buffet food was still there and we arrived at 2. Couple tables still hadn’t been cleaned. There were two lady workers outside smoking and they did see us come in , it was pretty upsetting that they just ignored business for themselves too. Hopefully they get better management because we love Pizza Hut !

I ordered on the app at 7:10pm. My order was not delivered until after 8:30 and everything was cold. I couldn’t even eat the buffalo chicken melt because it tasted awful. I tried to call the store several times. When I pushed 3 to talk to the store it would beep 5-6 times and then disconnect.

Stopped to have the lunch buffet- I wouldn't call it a buffet. Two pizzas and the salad bar, were it. We were there at one with ten other people in the place, so should have had more food. Then charged for three buffets- very overpriced and underrated

So.... I haven't been inside, can't rate the atmosphere. The folks at the window were pleasant enough. My big gripe is that I ordered through the mobile app while I was waiting on a prescription thinking it would be ready by the time I got it and could just head on with the other stuff I had to do. When I get to the window, I was notified my order had just been put in the oven and I had to wait 8 or so minutes. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. People have lives, stuff to do, errands to run. 8-10 mins can set you behind. Absolutely hate my time being wasted, so screw Pizza Hut. I wanted to grab my order and go, give. i had ordered it about 20 mins prior, I should have been able to just grab and go.

Horrible service and reminded me why I order Dominoes. Missing part of my order and they wanted to just give credit. NO, deliver my food I paid for. And my sons pizza was missing toppings. It was a Hawaiian pizza with no pineapple. So he had a ham pizza. Plus the first delivery guy was creepy and just stood there staring at me and smirking even after I got my order.
We are very happy with the service.
