They take such good care of me. They know my drink by heart they’ve begun to recognize my vehicle on my face and when I see them out and they all say hi. I try really hard to order on the app and I when I can’t they literally put a sticker on my drink that says Whitney’s chai. I wish all their shops had the açai bowl but I understand why they don’t.

They have a huge variety of items and the staff has always been great. I love the Centennial location. It's close to my house, however I miss delivery being an option from that location, but oh well I guess (maybe it'll help with my splurging 😂).

I just ordered off the new sips app for the first time! 10/10 love it! So much easier than the Joe app. I think I'm going to like the new points system too! The Joe app always froze on me when I would try to order. 😅 Thank you Sips! 🥳🥰

Staff was very good! But today I chose coffee that showed the price for the 16oz to be $4.98 but the cart price was 5.98 by the time tax, fees and auto tip was included the prices was $8.13. I will be choosing a company that has more transparency in pricing next time.

DELICIOUS cup of coffee with SO MANY FLAVORS!!! I tried a hot Mexican Mocha Latte and it was wonderful. Plus there were so many other specialty flavors that I wanted to try! We also had an Oat Milk Latte that was delicious without any flavors.
Sips is an easy drive thru with friendly and wonderful service! Highly recommend!

This place is the best coffee place in in town they are so polite and it always get your order correctly and they're also pretty cheap too if you guys ever come to Douglas Wyoming I recommend this coffee shop

Kind, quick service. Excellent variety of options for drinks and food. I especially love the kids options, cool straws and FREE whipped cream!! I’ve fallen in love with their cold brew and cold foam, having been only a hot breve latte drinker for years. I Love ordering on Tuesdays on the super user friendly Joe app for the double points. I order in Glenrock after I teach yoga and it’s there ready for me without sitting in line. The new location in Casper is absolutely beautiful with comfy seating and wonderful lighting for writing, reading or getting that perfect selfie.

Kid-friendliness: The cool twirly straws and free whip cream are always a hit with my 2 kids.

Fantastic coffee, friendly help and cozy setting.

We often go to the Mills shop and understand if they’re busy, or. But these last two days I’ve ordered ahead, been the only one in the line and still waited 20 minutes past the time my one drink was to be done. Today I left, without drink, because I was going to be late to my next stop. Both days there was only one person in and both new, you could tell they were overwhelmed.

These girls are great at the Wright location and the coffee hits the spot every time!

I got the toasted snow ice latte, and my sisters got the blueberry cobbler and the strawberry fields lattes. I also got the mini cinnamon rolls to eat. Everything we received was absolutely delicious! The 3 of us spent 22 dollars on this total - less than our previous days coffee-only sbucks order. And the coffee so far superior to that other place.

A few things to note:
Coffee shop is drive through only. There is a window on each side of the building. There is only one person per window to make the coffees, but they worked as quickly as possible to get orders out, and we only spent about 10 minutes there despite being third in line.

Also, their food is pre-made off site, so food is unable to be customized (ie, no cheese on a croissant sandwich). Drinks can be customized of course; they had a wide variety of milk options (oat and almond among them, our choices of milk substitute).

Vegetarian options: Drinks can all be vegetarian / vegan. A variety of pastries would be vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free breakfast burrito option. A wide variety of milk substitutes.

Parking: No need for parking as it is drive thru only.

Kid-friendliness: They had several options for kids on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Drive thru only, so it's as accessible as your vehicle is. You order at the window, not a speaker.
