Customer service was awesome. I got some food and asked them to put every single item separately, due to long travel ahead, and usually u get an attitude about it, and i can see why but still, But these guys were awesome no complaints. Great !!!!
Good to have something like this in Douglas. They screwed up an order of ours on July 4th but then made it right on our return visit. Great service from the staff. For a chain place like this, I rather like the atmosphere inside as well. The only main complaint is that they close pretty early, it would be nice if mcdonalds werent the only place that was open late because the food seems healthier here.
Ok so this is my first Taco John's and it is my favorite restaurant in Wyoming (also my first). Major discovery: Guacamole and hashbrowns!!!! It's a culinary delight. We went on a Taco Tuesday, and despite the crowds, they had quick and helpful service.
