After a delightful paddle on Palisades Reservoir we stopped at the Taco Bus. It was better than we expected. Friendly service and exceptional, authentic, fresh tasting food. I got the lunch special #1 -3 tacos which came with a side of beans and rice. Mel got a burrito verde with asada and at the last minute snagged a delicious slice of flan. Highly recommend stopping here.
Food was absolutely delicious. Service was good. Definitely pricey, spent about $170 for 7 people. But it was very good food, nice and fresh. Pretty quick service for the quantity too!

We stopped in for a quick snack on our way to Idaho. It was raining since we didn't get a chance to hang out. Prices were on the higher side but should be expected in a remote location, but the plate with rice and beans was well worth it.

Yesterday we had spicy pork tacos and shredded chicken! Very tasty meal and their green sauce! Yum! Today yes I went back and I grabbed a handheld burrito for the road which was really good too…the flavors have been spot on! Will definitely come back!
