One and done. 15.46 for a tiny burrito and they want a tip on top of it. Too expensive for me. There are other Mexican resultants in town.

My family and I love trying food trucks during our travels, and after visiting quite a few over the years, we've developed a good sense of what makes a great one. We were excited to give The Taco Bus a try, but unfortunately, our experience fell short from start to finish.
The employee taking our order might have been new, as it took a while to enter everything into the system. We completely understood and didn't mind the extra time. We ordered the 6 Taco Tray ($25) but had to make several substitutions because multiple meat options were no longer available. We also ordered two Quesabirrias ($6 each), three Birria Tacos ($16), and requested a variety of sauces.
After waiting, our pager went off, but when we walked up to the window, we discovered the notification wasn’t for us, it was for the customers ahead of us. While mistakes happen, it added to an already less than ideal experience.
Once we finally received our food, we were disappointed with both the portion sizes and the overall quality, especially for the price we paid. The tacos were just okay and didn't live up to the great reviews we had hoped for. They were more like a warmed up prepackaged microwaved meal. Plus, we didn't get any sauces as requested. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed after seeing the great reviews.
We always enjoy supporting local food trucks wherever we travel, and we genuinely wanted this to be a great experience.
Unfortunately, this visit just didn't deliver the value or quality we were expecting for the high prices!!

Taco Bus was a fun little stop on our way through the northern pass. The tacos were delicious and the bus setting was unique and creative. Stop in for great eats in a unique environment!

After a delightful paddle on Palisades Reservoir we stopped at the Taco Bus. It was better than we expected. Friendly service and exceptional, authentic, fresh tasting food. I got the lunch special #1 -3 tacos which came with a side of beans and rice. Mel got a burrito verde with asada and at the last minute snagged a delicious slice of flan. Highly recommend stopping here.

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was good. Definitely pricey, spent about $170 for 7 people. But it was very good food, nice and fresh. Pretty quick service for the quantity too!

We stopped in for a quick snack on our way to Idaho. It was raining since we didn't get a chance to hang out. Prices were on the higher side but should be expected in a remote location, but the plate with rice and beans was well worth it.

I didn't see the menu out of the bus. It was the smallest tacos I had ever had and expensive...

It's tight quarters in the winter but Alaska and her team cook the best food and are super friendly. Highly recommend when coming through Alpine.
