Dumbest and most negligent drive thru I have ever gone to and I say this because after ordering 4 Jr whoppers as a snack for myself and my 3 kids, I asked for napkins from the window person and he only gave me 2 napkins which I was not able to discover until after I pulled away and was up the street. Will not pleasure this establishment with my business ever again...Kid-friendliness: The idiot saw I had a car with children and paid it almost no mind as he only gave 2 napkins for 4 individuals.

So, I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do, it's usually Burger King or wienerschnitzel. This Burger King was literally right across the street from where I'm staying. So I walked over.I walked inside, and I noticed hamburgers on the warming tray, but didn't think nothing of it, just kind of figured it might have been for drive-through customers? Considering there's only about four parties in there and they were all eating.I always order a whopper, heavy all, with jalapeno. So I make my order, and the girl asked me if I want a "Texas" whopper, because they come with jalapeno. I kind of was caught off guard so I said "sure why not".Regular Whopper $5.69.Texas whopper, $8.69.The difference? Unpalatable cheese, fake bacon, and jalapeno apparently.She rings me up for $8.69, and I'm looking at the register, and she puts "Texas whopper, extra ketchup".Ummm ok? I'm tired and not really putting any investigative thought into it.I pay and take a couple steps back. I looked at my receipt and look back up and the kid in the back is putting ketchup on a burger. Didn't think it was mine. Sort of impossible that I have only ordered literally 15 seconds ago. It didn't even have time to go through the broiler.I kid you not, I wasn't there waiting for more than 20 seconds before I hear "Sir, your orders ready"I said "really? Are you sure?" And she said "yeah." Already knew something wasn't right.So I look up, and notice one of the burgers in the warming tray is missing. That ended up being mine.I walk outside and unwrap it getting ready to eat it, and guess what it was? A Texas Whopper with extra ketchup.IS THAT WHAT I F***ING ORDERED, AND PAID $3 EXTRA FOR!?!? THIS S***!?!?So what happened, is they had extra Texas Whoppers sitting in the warming tray, and instead of taking the initiative and doing their job and making the burger that I ordered fresh TO ORDER, the kid reached back, unwrapped one of the Old ass burgers, squirted some ketchup on it, rewrapped it and called it good.This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to, and that says a lot because if you read my review of the other Burger King in Gardnerville, Nevada, you'll see that they took the cake. But this place tops it hands down. It's only nine bucks, but I'm seriously thinking about emailing corporate and complaining because that is just unacceptable.You have plenty of food options in this area, don't go to this dump. I'm pretty pissed off right now.

Girl came back without manager and said, "we can do two just this one time". Is B.K. really trying to anger a loyal customer over an 8cent bbq packet???? Hmmm

There is a good reason they have 3.2 review rating. I'm surprised it's that high. Avoid this BK location at all costs. They do not honor the coupons that are on the main BK site for this location. The guy argued with me about it and I showed him what it says. Still no go. The whopper I was looking forward to all day was the single worst whopper I've ever had. Not going to make the mistake of exchanging my money with this poorly run BK location ever again.

I got food poisoning and can’t even get an answer on the phone and have been calling all morning

I don’t feel bad at all for rating this place one star. We tried calling ahead of time for an order, to no avail. After calling 10 times and no answers, waiting 5 minutes in between each call (cause I thought maybe they’re just busy) I just went to go order my big order and just wait in the parking lot. So when I got there I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, nobody helped me. I had to get out of my car and go inside and it wasn’t even busy, there was no line at all…. So why did my phone call not get answered and why didn’t I get help at the speaker? It was ridiculous I’m never going to Burger King again.
