I am beyond irritated and upset with the service we just received here. I understand when you are busy, it will take longer ( worked at BK for 14 years as AssistantManager). But not to say sorry, be right with you, or anything to take an order; then handing out food without sorry for the delay, or have a good day. NOT OK! The manager was short and rude. I had to go back up for some mayo because there was hardly any on my Bacon King. I stood there for over 5 minutes ( was watching...read full review
Horrible experience! There was no one available to take our order or if there was, they were somewhere else. So we were forced to use the kiosk which was a nightmare! Took 15 minutes to get our food and then the burgers were cold. Just because they did a full remodel, doesn't help either poor service and food.
