Every time I have ordered here, the baristas have been kind, patient, and helpful. Today, I came in with a picture of a drink and list of ingredients for something I wanted to try. The baristas were easily able to figure out how to customize the drink and they even explained to me how I could order it again. Stopped by shortly after open to get a couple drinks. The barista said they couldn't make the the drink I ordered hot (they can, they do at any other location), and seemed to be a bit annoyed that I was making them work. The drinks we did end up getting were made well, though.
