Ordered a burger a little after 3pm, it wasn't even warm.
I couldn't go back or I would've been late for work.
I went through the drive thru tonight. There was a total of of 3 vehicles. They gave me the wrong food so I ran it in the store. The gal working went to look in the box and the burger fell out of the box and wrapper in the bag and she just grabbed it and put it back in to give the guy waiting outside. My food was cold, my fries were literally cold like hours old! I understand mix ups happen but the food was gross and not even a simple “I’m sorry” she looked at me like...read full review

Hardee’s is a pleasant and quiet place where the employees are friendly and helpful. The food is fast, delicious, and top tier, especially the chicken and burgers. The staff is super fast, extremely friendly, and efficient at making tasty Frisco burgers. Overall, a great place to go for a fast and friendly dining experience. The restaurant has recently seen improvements, and customers have noted that the quality has gone back up. The morning staff is known for being nice and friendly, providing accurate orders and good service. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of parking, and although there is no play place, it is a kid-friendly spot. Accessibility is decent with a basic wheelchair ramp at the front. Employees have shown exceptional care, as evidenced by a recent incident where staff provided immediate support during a medical emergency, helping to call 911 and assist until emergency services arrived.
