Terrible service from there waitress Sydney. She was horrible rude and snotty. Took forever to get drinks and then there was problem with said drinks and she got even worse.
I have been to Old Chicago plenty of times and I have my go to order. Last time I went we had an amazing server (wish I knew her name) and the food was good. This time the waitress we had came off very short ended if not rude. I try and give waitresses/waiters the benefit of the doubt because I understand it can be hard. We ordered out the Mac and cheese bits, 2 custom calzones, side salad, and 2 sodas. The waitress asked my mom if she wanted her salad with her meal or before....read full review
Ordered a pizza on 1116/2023 after a 6-month boycott I had to give OC another chance because they used to be good here in Gillette another big disappointment nobody listens I asked for extra sauce I get no extra sauce ingredients were sparse. Anybody that goes there is got to have their head examined.
