I love you guys but for some reason my husband’s sandwiches are never right! :-( He always gets a number 8 (Billy Club) and 2 out of the last 3 times you forgot the Dijon mustard. I almost wonder if the only reason it was on it that one time is because I asked for extra Dijon. Just a reminder that the #8 has Dijon mustard! In the grand scheme of things it’s not that big of a deal, just annoying!
They're fast, I'll give that to them; however, 9 out of 10 times they do not include the mayo and mustard packets as requested. I request no condiments on the sandwich because it gets soggy. Receiving my sandwich without the condiments as requested on the side is just as bad.

Always go to Jimmy John's people are always great but went there today don't think girl at the window enjoys her job she was very snotty and rude if you don't like customer service don't work in it .
