“We recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
To be fair, our actual server was not bad — she was polite and seemed to be trying. However, everything else about the visit was absolutely horrible.
They were out of multiple items we tried to order, which was frustrating right from the start. Then another server brought food to our table that was not what we ordered. When we politely pointed this out, they looked at us like we were crazy, took the plate, and walked away. Apparently they never communicated the issue to our server, because from that point on everything just went downhill.
Service became extremely slow and disorganized, communication was poor, and we felt completely forgotten about. It honestly felt like no one was paying attention to what was happening in the dining area.
Mistakes happen — we understand that. But how staff responds and communicates makes all the difference, and that is where this experience really failed.
We left frustrated and disappointed and will likely choose a different place next time“

“I had a wondeful experience. This is my second time ever coming here, and both times, I have had a wonderful time. This time was especially good because of the excellent service I received from Zoey at the Gillette, Wyoming location. I will definitely be coming here again the next time I am in town.“
