Wyoming's Rib & Chop House - Gillette

We decided to patronize this restaurant on the recommendation of hotel staff. Everything from beginning to end was top-notch. Food was delicious and hot. Service was also exceptional. Highly recommend. Only small issue was music was louder than I would have preferred.

Even if the food and atmosphere is good, the people are super judgemental. I went in to meet a date , the hostess looked down her nose at me , made me feel very uncomfortable. So we left.

Walked in on Saturday afternoon about 4pm. No greeter, no bartender, sat at the bar for 5 full minutes (yes, I timed it) still nothing so we left. Unless they were being held at gun point in the back? There is no excuse.....totally pathetic.

Great service for my group of 18 people banquet reservation, amazing quality meats and salmon, loved the cheesecake. Huge portions. Great job Chef Dylan!

Called & made reservation for 6. Quieter area requested. Didn't happen. Put us literally by the bar. Half of the dinners were prefab. Overpriced. No flavor. Not a affordable selection on the menu. Hadn't been there for a year . Lots of disappointing changes since last visit. Won't be going back for a long while.

Underwhelming. First of all, I want to point out that our server was very helpful and corrected our issues to the best of her efforts. Mistakes were made but remedied. Food tasted good but was extremely overpriced. 5 small sized crab stuffed mushroom tops for 18 dollars is too much. 26-dollar chicken broccoli alfredo with less than half a chicken breast worth of chicken is too much. Our son had the 20-dollar chicken fried steak. You can get a bigger chicken fried steak at Perkins. Finally, the 49 dollars for the ribeye was what you would expect. Tasty and cooked the way it was ordered. Pricy but expected. The other two dinners were sad and half the price of the steak together. If you are going here just plan on eating beef. It's clearly what should be ordered. If you are looking for better value, head over to the Prime Rib. We won't be returning here. It's a gouge.

Food was horrendous and consequently over priced. Ribs were small and very chewy! Salmon served on charred wood slaye that impacted flavor and texture.My advise, AVOID!

Meat was cool. Potatoe was not hot. I was supposed to have a ribeye and I think I got a sorlon. No flavor. Definitely not a ribeye. Very disappointed in the food. We had to go find a waitress and while waiting several people just walked out.

A good atmosphere and the service was prompt and got everything right. Only knock is my steak was drowned in butter. I like butter, but it was a bit much. Apps were good, had the riblets an stuffed mushrooms, would recommend both!
