Wyoming's Rib & Chop House - Gillette

Wonderful dinner and service…Maddie was fantastic and professional. I ordered the ribeye a perfect medium, with mashed potatoes and green beans. Great experience in Gillette!

Stopped in while staying the night in town. Dinner was very good with Jess was our server. She did amazing! (Don’t pay attention to the review where she spilled her drink tray with the other table, not her fault) The decor and setting inside was worth the stop, you won’t regret it!

Had a lovely meal with friends and were treated so well. Steak and lobster was perfect and cocktails were knocked out of the park! Will definitely be back!

server was not friendly nor attentive. No offer for refills on drinks or water. had to wait on part of food after some served. food ok but certainly didnt compare to price. Finally asked another waitress for ketchup.very disappointed. we won't be back.

We brought a friend who was in town for a visit on a Sunday at around 5. we were greeted and sat right away. Or serve showed up promptly. We order iced tea and a blue moon. Or friend asked the server for sugar for his tea. 10 minutes later the server showed up to get our order. still no sugar. I had to ask the bartender as we asked our server twice. All three of our steaks came out way over cooked, she forgot to order one of my sides. When we finished she never asked if we wanted dessert. We stayed friendly and professional through the entire experience. I am so sorry to say this was a bad experience. I have been a restaurant manager, server and Chef. There were 3 tables in the whole place. I think the owners need to look into the leadership.

Terrible experience. Pick somewhere else.

Ordered steak medium rare, it came out sizzling in oil, making a huge mess all over the table, my cocktail glass and my sunglasses (sat in the outside dining area), by the time I could cut into my steak without getting burnt, it was well done. On a different plate was broccoli, it was ok. No potato options, which in thought was weird, but i hadn't been there in years because of the last encounter. Waitress came back later I see how everything was going, explained the steak situation, she apologized and asked if we would like new ones, I told her no if that's how the steaks are presented it would be a challenge to get the steaks to us the way we want them. She did state that has been a going theme with steaks being presented that way. She did however comp part of the bill. Waitress did great.

I have been to Gillette numerous times and by far. This is the best restaurant in town. Great steaks, great seafood.Great bar service and location

It's a very nice restaurant. My server was very nice and professional. I had a ordered a specific dish and it was definitely not what I ordered. My fiancé's steak was not the best either, but we enjoyed our time there.
