I had the ambulance sandwich. Was seriously some of the best food iv had in awhile. Very friendly folks. Also had the apricot bars which were really good. I will definitely find an excuse to come here again.
Open Tues-Sat, 3pm to 8pm in the summer north end of Greybull. They support local ranches with all of their meats. As a chef team, Christa bakes the amazing breads and treats such as lemon bars with candied lilac flowers. Her buns cover a 6"dia. Free-range huge grilled burger by hubby, called Plain Jane, with homemade pickles and homie fries. Vegetarian meals as well. Supports our coffee Brewer Scott at Aspire in town. This is the best food truck food we’ve ever had. A local gem. AMAZING, fresh ingredients, locally sourced, and creatively crafted into all kinds of magical gastronomic creations. You can’t go wrong. Servings are enormous and the desserts are fantastic too!! You won’t regret this stop! Heading back tonight!
