Walked in and noticed how clean and homey it is. Greeted with a friendly smile. Food was very good and Papa’s pork chili was exceptional! Burger was cooked very well and fries were fresh and not greasy like some places! Restrooms were very clean! Will definitely stop again when passing through!

We had an opportunity to eat here tonight. Maddison was our server, she was a 10 out of 10. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. The osso bucco was also great, and make time for the strawberry rhubarb pie and ice cream. My wife’s mother makes the best pie crust this side of the Mississippi, but this is a close second place! If you have not been make sure you go, and if you have been, it’s time to go back :-)

The Emporium was a great little dinner. The prime rib, ribeye, and the rhubarb pie were all delicious. Saving the best for last, Miss Katy was awesome! Great service, very helpful, and friendly as could be! Ill be comming back anytime I'm in town.

Great stop on the way to Fort Laramie!
We stopped at The Emporium at Hawk Springs on our way from Cheyenne to Fort Laramie, and it was such a great surprise. The boneless ribeye was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was warm and friendly (special thanks to our lovely waitress!), and we really loved the charming decor at the entrance — it sets the tone right away. Definitely a spot worth stopping for if you’re passing through!

Katie is just the best. The atmosphere of this bar is everything you’d want in a small town country bar. The men open doors and the women are like sweet and sour candy. So grateful I stopped in to charge my phone on the drive. Thank you for your service and kindness. ❤️
