This is for Jackson Wy restaurant. I went to DQ with a friend and I had tried to decide what I wanted to eat due to a stomach issue I have been having recently. So it took me a couple minutes extra to order. The guy who took my order told me that there was a line behind me(there was like two people standing behind me). So I hurried and asked for a Oreo and cookie dough mix blizzard, and a number 9 burger in a rush. When I got my food and blizzard they were both wrong. My blizzard was a plane Oreo and I had forgot to ask for no mustard and pickles on my burger because I was trying to not hold up a line. When I had told the guy that my blizzard was wrong he said let me look at the receipt. “It says Oreo, brownie”. But there wasn’t any brownie anyway so it was still wrong. And he said there is nothing we can do because that’s what we made. The manager came over and gave me a new burger and blizzard. Thank you so much for the great customer service to the manager and a different employee.
That's why they got a high rating from me. The manager saved that. So I want to say please if you work customer service please try and be as nice as you can because you don’t know what someone is going through and if they are from out of town you may not have an opportunity to say sorry.
Best soft serve ice cream in the business, but that's what we go there for.

Sunday night, while going through the drive thru, I asked if the ice cream Sunday was covered, and the person on the speaker said yes it was. But when I was handed the Sunday, there was no cover. When I mentioned the guy with the black nails handed me a cover. He didn’t bother to put it on the Sunday and he gave us attitude like it would have been a great inconvenience for him. Customer Service guys!
Stopped in for a sweet treat after a long day. The interior is very western-vibes and the service was good. Parking kind of sucks here but not their fault

Been there many times over the years. This time the guy waiting on us was horrible. totally rude and unfriendly. asked him if my card was done and he was already in the next customer and could have cared less. when he brought food to table told us our card didn't go thru. I told him well you didn't answer me... but he was already gone. terrible service. another customer walked by a few minutes later and told us how awful the guy was without any prompting from us. He needs to go.
